Massage for the Office
Tight muscles caused by stress and sitting at a desk all day can impede blood and lymph flow through the body. This can result in
mental fogginess, reduced energy, low levels of concentration and susceptability to repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
Massage is an ideal way to alleviate tension and reduce stress, and is more cost effective than other more traditional benefits such
as increased annual leave or bonuses. Onsite massage therapy can be provided weekly, monthly or throughout the year.
The company can pay the full cost or subsidise the cost. Another option is for everyone in a department, office or branch to
contribute small amounts on a regular basis to a savings pool. When there is enough money in the pool, the massage therapist
can be contacted to arrange treatments.
